Outstanding customer service. They are honest, prices are commensurate with going labor rate and parts, and they do not try to sell you on services that you do not need. I have referred many people to their service department. Highly recommended!

They are the best people I've ever been to for my Car! Their prices are extremely fair and they didn't do extra work on my car without my consent! They called me before they made changes when they found extra things wrong with it and asked if I was okay and if I wanted them to fix it . The personality of everyone there is so genuine and kind and and they're very willing to explain things and help you 10 out of 10 place. I cannot recommend them enough. I recommend them to all my friends!
A Freehold Toyota service department blew-up my wife's Highlander ... twice. On both occasions their contracted towing service, Certified, was dispatched to assist her in collecting the vehicle for return to Toyota for 'repair.' After the second disablement the truck's pronounced dead. Certified Auto Mall was quick to respond, had pristine equipment (flatbed), and Victor the driver was a terrific gentleman who worked the truck like an ace and most of all calmed my wife's frazzled nerves and emotional upheaval. This is a wrecker service folks, but aside from excellent equipment, they have tremendous, professional and caring employees who can relate to their clients. I've dealt with wrecker situations often in seven decades and maybe two others achieved this level of service and pride. Thank You Certified, and especially Victor.

Certified Auto Mall is the BEST place for your car servicing needs. Everyone on site is friendly & knowledgeable, the service is exceptional, and their work of the highest quality. Billy is the best. For years his family has taken care of many people I know that have purchased a vehicle from him. The fact that he is willing to work with you unlike your traditional dealerships is what sets him apart from everyone else. He truly doesn't treat you like a customer. I am going to bring my fiance here now after she saw the way the guys over there were able to take care of me. I recommend anyone go to Certified Auto Mall if they are looking for their next car!
I had my car towed (unfortunately) twice in the same week by Certified and both times I was met by the most polite and professional drivers I have ever dealt with. Both times I was given an estimated 60-90 minute response time, and both times they arrived well before that time frame. I’m sad to say I didn’t get either of their names, but I’m grateful for their quick response, polite service, and amazing pricing!

What a truly great experience ! From the moment my husband and I walked in to talk to Matt at certified, I have never felt more welcomed or comfortable. The entire experience I had was the smoothest I have ever had when it comes to dealing with leasing of cars. Matt was informative, on top of his game, and a man of his word. He never minded all the questions I had and if there was not a direct answer in that moment of time, he would take the time right away and figure it out for me. Mike and Billy are great. Family run operation, and they stand by their work and cars. Any problem I had was taken care of immediately and properly. The sales team, Zac and Matt are also very knowledgeable. They communicate really well with each other and make sure they have the right answers so there are no surprises. Very thorough and resourceful in the area as well. Even if it's something they don't do, they have a great network in the area to refer you to. Best car buying and subsequent vehicle service experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them enough.
