I had my car towed (unfortunately) twice in the same week by Certified and both times I was met by the most polite and professional drivers I have ever dealt with. Both times I was given an estimated 60-90 minute response time, and both times they arrived well before that time frame. I’m sad to say I didn’t get either of their names, but I’m grateful for their quick response, polite service, and amazing pricing!

What a truly great experience ! From the moment my husband and I walked in to talk to Matt at certified, I have never felt more welcomed or comfortable. The entire experience I had was the smoothest I have ever had when it comes to dealing with leasing of cars. Matt was informative, on top of his game, and a man of his word. He never minded all the questions I had and if there was not a direct answer in that moment of time, he would take the time right away and figure it out for me. Mike and Billy are great. Family run operation, and they stand by their work and cars. Any problem I had was taken care of immediately and properly. The sales team, Zac and Matt are also very knowledgeable. They communicate really well with each other and make sure they have the right answers so there are no surprises. Very thorough and resourceful in the area as well. Even if it's something they don't do, they have a great network in the area to refer you to. Best car buying and subsequent vehicle service experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them enough.

I just picked up my Lexus at Certified. They replaced the water pump which is a very difficult repair. They did a really good job! I’m very happy with the work. The service manager was very helpful in explaining everything involved in the repair. Their bill was right on the quoted repair price. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I highly recommend them for any auto repair. It was a really good experience!

Recently went to VW for an oil change and asked them to check my tire as I recently noticed a slow leak. They told me I had a nail in the side wall and they could fix it right then for $250. I knew I had to go to Certified to get it checked out before having it replaced. Certified checed the tire and it was able to be plugged. No nail in the side wall and no need for a new tire. Honest, reliable, friendly staff and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
Great service dept. Dennis the service manager is on the top of the game with mechanical knowledge. Also has a great crew working for him. Best thing he remembers your name and does great work. Will I return for future service needed for my car? Definitely yes. Would I recommend Certified Auto Mall to others? Yes!

I was driving on 9 when my car started over heating luckily i seen Certified Auto Mall when i was looking for a place to park my truck. When i walked in i was greated by Zac and bill who were very friendly and quick to help me out in my time of need. They got there guys right on the problem and diagnosed it for me and told me my best options going forward. They were such a big help and really eased my stress in the situation. There's not many honest mechanics out there but these guys are 100 percent i recommend them to any one with a problem, i will be returning there for any more issues that occur with my vehicles. I only was there for about a hour and felt like i knew the guys for ever. great people great service
